rivitalizzante rinfrescanti
Il primo
trattamento è
freschissimo e consente di riattivare la circolazione e donare freschezza al viso.
Ideale dopo una giornata di sole inteso. Prendete una fetta di ananas e schiacciatele con una forchetta.
Fate la stessa cosa con una fetta di melone. Dopodichè, in una ciotolina
versate un cucchiaio di yogurt e uno di latte, unite i due frutti schiacciati e
mescolate con cura. Stendete sul viso con
movimenti circolari e lasciare in posa 5-6 minuti. Sciacquate abbondantemente.
Il secondo trattamento ha lo scopo di rinfrescare, rivitalizzare ma anche di pulire in profondità la pelle. Prendete mezza fetta di anguria e schiacchiatela, unite mezzo bicchiere di succo di arancia e un cucchiaio di miele. Mescolate con cura e stendete, facendo movimenti circolari con leggera pressione per un paio di minuti, in modo che i semi dell’anguria permettano l’effetto scrub. Infine, sciaquate con cura e applicate il tonico.

Prima di esporvi al
sole, magari alla sera, è necessario nutrire la pelle in profondità, ma senza

pelle più morbida e luminosa. Vi basterà unire un cucchiaio di purea di mela,
mezza pesca noce schiacciata, un cucchiaio di
yogurt e una albicocca, sempre schiacciata. Mescolate con cura e stendete sul
viso. Lasciate in posa 5 minuti e sciacquate con acqua fredda.
La pelle vi risulterà subito di morbida e idratata.
Il secondo
trattamento, invece, oltre a nutrire, aiuta anche a mantenere
l’abbronzatura, a rendere la pelle più luminosa e setosa. Il trattamento deve
essere realizzato in maniera differente a seconda dei tipi di pelle. In una
ciotolina, mettete mezzo bicchiere di succo ACE, un cucchiaio di succo di
pomodoro e un cucchiaio di miele. Se avete la pelle secca, aggiungete un
cucchiaio di yogurt intero. Se avete la pelle mista-grassa, allora aggiungete
un cucchiaio di latte parzialmente scremato. Mescolate con cura e stendete sul
viso, lasciate in posa 10 minuti, infine sciacquate
abbondantemente.
