How to prepare your skin for the first exposure to the summer sun
Sun is finally coming with the heat and the first sun takes hold the desire to suntan. In fact, a beautiful tanned skin always looks healthier and more attractive, so it is undeniable that the lure is strong for everyone, both men and women, but we must not forget the good rules to follow to have a tan beautiful, durable, but above all healthy.
We must, however, be very careful because the exposure to the first ultra-violet rays is the most delicate moment for all skin types.
To achieve a healthy, golden, and avoid, of course, burns and other issues, you have to prepare in advance the skin to sun exposure, carefully following a few simple rules.
First you must know that a luminous and uniform can be won only if the skin is well polished, and therefore free of impurities, dead cells and thickening. We must therefore act in advance and make a scrub at least once a month. Try to use natural products and do not forget to moisturize after the treatment. E 'preferable to choose exfoliating products in granules, as they act in a more gentle and also are enriched with substances intensely moisturizing able to restore balance and smoothness to the skin.
The scrub must be applied to damp skin, in case it wants to achieve a more gentle exfoliation, or dry, to obtain a greater exfoliating effect.
We must, therefore, massage the product applied in a circular motion and insisting on the rougher parts, such as elbows, knees and heels. And 'necessary, then rinse off the product using warm water. When you are acquitted of the "patina" winter, always wait 24 hours before exposure to the sun as natural scrub is still a shock treatment for the skin which may also appear slightly reddened in the most sensitive areas. Once you're past 24 hours, expose yourself to the sun with caution: avoid the hottest hours of the day and you use a good sunscreen and an after-sun milk to be applied to the end of the day at the beach. Of course, been gradually reducing the screen of your cream, starting with a protection factor suitable to you, you have olive skin or be as white as milk.
Another important detail to prepare the skin and make it more receptive to the sun's rays, is to acquire at least 15 days before the exposure, dietary supplements made from beta-carotene. This substance stimulates and accelerates the production of melanin, but also of antioxidant vitamins and fatty acids, useful for protecting cell membranes from raggiu ultraviolet. The intake of these supplements should be continued throughout the summer season. It 'also important to make the right amount of fluids and vitamins through their feed. We must therefore prefer foods such as fruits and vegetables, and it is essential to drink at least 2 liters of water per day.
The skin may also be hydrated by applying a daily moisturizer, which must be massaged until absorbed.

It 'important to choose a suitable solar system protecting the epidermis, thus avoiding sunburn, which would send the air all the efforts made to prepare the skin. What about Good SunTan!
