Anche quest’anno sono
iniziate le passerelle sul red carpet del Festival di Cannes 2012, cosa ci
propongono le dive in quanto ad acconciature
e make up?
Natasha Poly Does Beachy Texture
Supermodel
Natasha Poly continues to wow at Cannes
with her simple, sultry take on perfect summer hair. At the 2012 amfAR Cinema
Against Aids gala, Natasha opted for cool matte-finish waves, again with that
perfect bedhead texture. The centre parting and parted fringe add to this
Bardot-inspired look for a romantic, effortlessly styled finish.
Retro Waves All Round at Amfar Gala
Retro
glamour is the default style for celebrities in Cannes ,
channelling the city's Hollywood heritage and
history of glittering A-list guests. At the 2012 amfAR Cinema Against
Aids, it was vintage waves all round with side-partings and sleek S-shaped
curls on some of the most stylish stars of the festival. Diange Kruger combined
this season's must-have wet-look
finish with glam brushed-out curls for a retro-inspired look with a thoroughly
modern finish.
Mila
Jovovich's Retro Waved Bob
Model Mila Jovovich upped the glamour at
the Chopard and L'Oréal party in Cannes ,
with a voluminous waved bob, packed with super shine. The asymmetric style,
swept from one side to the other, combines a classic retro feel with a modern
finish through the block colour of her bob and the shorter lengths. Mila is one
of many models who provide constant inspiration for those with shorter hair,
proving that gloss and glamour isn't just about long flowing locks.
Natasha
Poly's Loose Plait
Model
Natasha Poly looked super sultry at the Chopard and L'Oréal party in Cannes last night,
sporting an undone tousled braid packed with beachy texture. The tight fishtail
plait is perfectly formed, but the pulled-out sections are what make this look
so sexy and perfect for a beach-front party. While I'm sure that Natasha's hair
was carefully created by a team of stylists armed with salt spray, you could
almost believe that she spent all day at the beach before pulling her hair into
a loose plait herself for the evening. Darker roots, glowing skin and
jewel-toned smoky eyes complete this perfect summer look.
Kirsten
Dunst's Floral Tiara
Kirsten
Dunst attended the On the Road photocall in sunny Cannes this morning wearing a head-to-toe
Dolce & Gabbana look - including a jewelled floral crown from the
Spring/Summer 2012 collection. This delicate piece of jewellery works perfectly
with Kirsten Dunst's baby blonde hair, while the fluffy texture prevents the
look from feeling too formal or prim and proper. A side-swept fringe and
loosely pinned chignon at the back add to Kirsten's pretty, summery style.
Nicole Richie Shows off Sixties
Style at 2012 FIFI Awards
Nicole
Richie rocked a retro updo at the 2012 FIFI Awards, piling her long locks into
an oversized bun to create a beehive effect. The entrepreneur attended the
fragrance awards in a sweeping black Pucci
dress but it's that jumbo topknot
that's really wowing me. Paired with a lash-tickling fringe and a gorgeous dark
blonde shade, Nicole looks every inch the sixties siren.
Jessica
Chastain got her week at Cannes Film Festival off to a dazzling start with a
stunning asymmetric waved style. Oozing pure old-school Hollywood glamour,
Jessica's red lips and dazzling earrings are the perfect pairing to her Rita
Hayworth-esque curls.
Diane Kruger's Top Knot and Mermaid
Tresses
Diane
Kruger can always be relied on for breathtaking red carpet style, and at the
Cannes 2012 Film Festival so far, she's showcased fabulous hair too. For the
opening ceremony, the festival judge paired her beautiful blue
Giambattista Valli gown with a
simple knotted updo. The bun isn't too basic though - combining a wrapped base
with a fanned-out, slightly shell-shaped finish. The perfect simple but
effective match for her incredible dress.
Later
on, Diane opted for very on-trend mermaid-esque hair, with long flowing waves
and an organic-looking rolled shape on top. Together with her rose-gold sequinned
Vivienne Westwood dress, Diane looks
absolutely amazing with this look.
