3) Pelle protetta con il make up
4) Mangiamo i cibi giusti

The beauty of our skin depends on many factors, including climate. Prepare for winter and its rigors the delicate skin on our face, but also of our entire body, it is crucial to prevent the inconveniences that the combined action determined by the reduced temperature and the indoor heating, there may exhibit. Dehydrated skin that looks dry and often red, formation of rosacea, expression lines that become more marked, chapped lips, sometimes even bleeding, swollen hands and rough, pale and sickly ... what are the consequences on the health of winter our skin? Each of us has his weak point, which corresponds to as many specific critical Skin: may be the hands, face, or across the skin of the body to suffer the most extreme changes in temperature and of the "corrosive" of wind and frost.
So, as is always the saying "prevention is better than cure", here are the five golden rules to better prepare our skin with the first cold and make the winter season does not make us get to the spring as the rags to throw .
1) Esfoliamo
Exfoliate is a golden rule that should be at least engraved on a beautiful plate above the mirror of our bathroom, to everlasting memento. Remember that you regularly good peeling of the face and body, using specific products, but also the natural tantirimedi - low cost and environmentally friendly - we have at our disposal, such as sugar or baking soda. We can also turn to a more profound to be done right now, we are in the fall, our Beauty Centre confidence. The main thing is to clear our skin of any dirt and "dead" that stifle, including tan "old", in order to stimulate cell renewal and prepare action of our moisturizers.
2) Mix the creams
In the winter, we think that because it's colder, our skin needs more cream "full-bodied", the richest and most nutrients. In fact, what we still need to have is hydration, because both the weather, cold and wind in the first place, that the heating of our homes, have an action "draining" on the skin, which tends to erode the film lipid that protects it. This is the best thing to do is to mix two products in one: in the morning and in the evening spalmiamoci emulsion that mixi a little 'moisturizer and a little' nourishing cream. You do not need products that are particularly expensive, indeed! Prefer Organic creams that you will find in herbal medicine, seek advice based on the type of your skin, and do not stray!
3) Leather protected with make up
The make up is a great protection for our skin, if done with good products. Nothing could be more deleterious to leave the house to frost in the morning with bare skin. For this should anchealle endured the look soap and water to protect the skin always with a veil of makeup, constituted by a good foundation or by a BBCream, a light powder, and a creamy lipstick with ingredients that nourish the lips, particularly sensitive area of the our face. Before make-up, of course, on the face clean always remember to spread your cream as suggested above.
4) Eat the right foods
Power is nothing short of essential to strengthen the skin and keep it in perfect health. In winter, we need to get your fill of vitamins and antioxidants, then the green light to all fruits and vegetables, citrus pomegranate, broccoli from chicory. So, do not miss anything and also remember that the proteins that come from vegetables, fish and white meat are preferred. Avoided, although it is difficult with the cold, too much sugar and refined carbohydrates which intoxicate the skin and support the imperfections.
5) Watch out for showers
When it is cold a hot bath is what we want, but be careful not to dry out the skin too. Longer showers are deleterious to the epidermis, as well as the use of strong detergents every day. Not long over due your daily washing (this will also save the precious water), try to use environmentally-friendly soaps (there very well the stick of Marseille, soothing and delicate) instead of the usual shower gel, and after a shower, if you feel the skin that "pulls", spalmatevi a veil of moisturizer for the body.
