Per avere una pelle
morbida e radiosa è importante rimuovere le cellule
morte ed esfoliarla con gli “strumenti” giusti, seguendo alcuni piccoli
accorgimenti.
Vi sconsigliamo di procedere
nell’esfoliazione se avete la pelle irritata, se vi siete esposti per lunghi
periodi al sole, oppure se avete piccoli lesioni e traumi. In caso contrario
occorre innanzitutto che vi procuriate:

- Una lozione detergente esfoliante che non contenga sostanze aggressive
·
- Una spugna specifica o dei guanti per esfoliare
·
- Una pietra pomice
·
- Una crema idratante
Come procedere per una corretta
esfoliazione:
·
1) Prima di entrare nella doccia, quindi a pelle asciutta,
“spazzolate” il vostro corpo con spugna o guanti. Questo vi servirà per
preparare la pelle al processo di esfoliazione vero e proprio. Iniziate dalla
pianta dei piedi per proseguire su tutto il corpo.

2) Entrate nella doccia e bagnatevi dalla testa ai piedi.

4) Applicate il detergente esfoliante su spugna o guanti e

riuscite, alternate anche con acqua fredda. Se lo preferite potete applicare un
gel ammorbidente.

9) Poi, uscendo dalla doccia, spalmate una crema idratante, senza
lesinare, su tutto il corpo e sul viso, meglio se i prodotti scelti contengono
sostanze a base di alfa o beta idrossiacidi, poiché questi acidi specifici
facilitano il processo di rimozione delle cellule morte.

10) Infine è fondamentale utilizzare quotidianamente una lozione
idratante poiché il processo di esfoliazione tende a seccare la pelle ed è
quindi importante mantenerla idratata.
