frutti che possono essere
trasformati in altrettanti rimedi
di bellezza totalmente naturali! Prepariamoci allora a creare da sole i
nostri emollienti per il viso,
lo scrub e persino la maschera per i capelli...i
risultati non si faranno attendere!
Castagne
Maschera per il viso: Sbucciate una decina di castagne e bollite fino a farle diventare molto morbide. Frullate le castagne insieme al miele. Stendete la maschera sul viso e tenetela per circa 20 minuti.
Infuso per i capelli: Bollite 20 castagne e poi sbucciatele. Lasciatele raffreddare e poi schiacciatele fino a farle diventare un purè e aggiungete una tazzina di olio di germe di grano e anche un cucchiaio di henné neutro. Da stendere sui capelli asciutti per 2 ore. Risciacquate con acqua tiepida.

Maschera antietà - Frullare insieme chicchi d'uva, miele e fragole e stendere sul viso.
Maschera purificante - Schiacciate i chicchi d'uva e lasciateli semplicemente sulla pelle per pulirla.
Scrub per il viso - Prendete la buccia dell'uva, tagliatela e sistematela in una bacinella. Aggiungete zucchero e yogurt e avrete creato uno scrub naturale!
Melograno
Maschera per i capelli - Passa in un mixer i chicchi di melograno e elimina con un colino i semini (ma tenete la buccia). Frullate la buccia esterna del frutto dopo averla fatta bollire per 5 minuti. Mescola il tutto e aggiungete 5 gocce di limone. Applicare sui capelli bagnati e poi massaggiate. Risciacquate.
Mela
Maschera per il viso - Recuperate della polpa di mela cotta. Fatene una specie di crema amalgamandola per bene. Aggiungete mezzo cucchiaino di miele se avete la pelle sensibile, oppure 1/2 cucchiaino di argilla verde se avete la pelle grassa. Massaggiate il volto per qualche minuto e poi sciacquate!
Maschera per i capelli - Prendete 2 mele, 1 banana e 2 cucchiai di miele. Mixate insieme mele e banana e aggiungete il miele. Sui capelli ancora umidi dopo lo shampoo stendete questa maschera e tenetela in posa per 20 minuti. (Costanza Mauro)

Chestnuts
Facial Mask: Peel a dozen chestnuts and boiled

Grapes
Anti-aging Mask - Whisk together grapes,
strawberries and honey and apply on the face.
Purifying Mask - Mash the grapes and leave on the
skin just to clean it.
Facial scrub - Take the skin of grapes, cut it
and place it in a bowl. Add sugar and yogurt and you have created a natural
scrub!
Pomegranate
Mask for hair - Step into a mixer the pomegranate and remove the seeds with
a strainer (but keep the peel). Whisk the outer peel of the fruit after it has
been boiled for 5 minutes. Mix all and add 5 drops of lemon. Apply to wet hair
and then massaged. Rinse.
Apple
Facial Mask - Recover the pulp of baked apple.
Make it a kind of cream for combining it well. Add half a teaspoon of honey if
you have sensitive skin, or 1/2 teaspoon green clay if you have oily skin.
Massage the face for a few minutes and then rinse!
Mask for hair - Take 2 apples, 1 banana and 2 tablespoons of honey. Mix
together apples and banana and add the honey. On damp hair after shampooing
roll out this form and keep it in place for 20 minutes.
