Maschere viso naturali: la guida


Avete mai provato le maschere di bellezza per il viso fatte a casa con ingredienti naturali? Ecco una guida particolareggiata a tutti gli ingredienti che si possono usare per le maschere per il viso naturali


L'olio di oliva: ecco un altro prezioso alimento naturale! E' ricchissimo di acidi grassi e vitamine, per questo è importante utilizzarlo. Può vantare di moltissme proprietà cosmetiche...infatti mantiene la pelle nutrita ed idratata, la protegge, è anti-infiammatorio, anti-age, allevia la pelle arrossata, ustionata e è un valido aiuto per la pelle grassa. 
La mela grattuggiata: la mela è un ingrediente tonificante, idratante e anti-età. Come altri alimenti, ha il vantaggio di essere usata come una maschera a sè perchè non è liquida. Attenzione a chi ha la pelle sensibile! In questo caso è vivamente sconsigliata perchè può peggiorare la situazione e anche fare insorgere altri problemi più seri. Ricordatevi! 

Gli ingredienti che creano la base delle maschere di solito sono questi, ma se avete in mente altro provate con prudenza. Vediamo adesso cosa si può aggiungere alla base, in relazione alle nostre problematiche. 

L'uva: la polpa dell'uva è utilissima per tonificare, levigare, restringere i pori. E' consigliabile schiacciare la polpa e aggiungerla al vostro ingrediente base, oppure può essere utilizzata anche da sola. Attenzione! Questo ingrediente può irritare molto di più rispetto alla mela, quindi...se avete la pelle sensibile, ustionata o rovinata ricordatevi che non dovete utilizzarla. 
Il limone: il succo del limone è molto indicato per chi ha la pelle grassa e i pori dilatati. E' un prodotto altamente irritante, attenzione! Se avete bisogno di utilizzarlo, diluitelo sempre con l'acqua. 
La fragola: è un frutto che allevia la pelle soggetta a couperose ed arrossamenti. Non va mai messa sulla pelle senza un altro ingrediente. 
Avocado: la polpa di avocado nutre profondamente. 
L'ananas: è un frutto tonificante, purificante e levigante...ma non troppo delicato. 
Il mirtillo: aiuta a distendere i tratti ed è anti-età.
L'aloe vera: in casa molte di noi avranno il gel di aloe vera. E' un ottimo ingrediente per le nostre maschere, perchè è tollerabilissimo da ogni tipo di pelle, è l'ideale per alleviare i rossori e le infiammazioni e dona idratazione. 
Il cetriolo: è un alimento rinfrescante, anti-infiammatorio e allevia i rossori. E' risaputo che è un'ottima cosa massaggiare una fetta di cetriolo sui brufoletti prima di un'uscita. 

Oltre agli ingredienti presi in cucina, possiamo aggiungere una sola goccia di olii essenziali (puri, leggete l'etichetta!) oppure gli infusi concentrati. Ecco le proprietà delle principali erbe o olii essenziali. 
Camomilla: per la pelle secca e arrossata 
Rosa: per la pelle secca, stanca e segnata 
Bergamotto: per la pelle grassa 
Lavanda: per la pelle grassa, riequilibrante
